2. We have a conversation on what you want – usually a phone conversation so we get the details about the application and where you need to be to stay competitive.
3. We provide you a quote.
4. We are available to explain the details with your customer – this ‘transfer of knowledge’ is extremely valuable to you in gaining the customer’s confidence. The deal is yours but you can leverage our knowledge base to make it happen.
